The Speyside ‘M’ 2011 is a 13-year-old single malt whisky, released in 2024 by Signatory Vintage as part of their 100-Proof Editions series (No. 29). A robust expression, it is matured in carefully chosen first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry casks, bottled at 57.1%, and presented without chill filtration or added colouring.
