Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose

Smoke wafts with a sweet scent, intensifying with pungent farmyard notes and a crunch like creosote. Water releases dark chocolate cream with a ribbon of smoked artichoke.
Palate

Dark flavours burst with bittersweetness, ashy coal dust, and a haze of cardamom, peppermint, and coffee. Clouds of dark chocolate and eucalyptus obscure the usual fruit and floral notes. Aniseed twists, cinnamon balls, and antiseptic lozenges float on the palate.
Finish

The aftertaste is long and bold, almost anesthetizing.
