Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose: A unique blend of scents, consisting of tar, saddle soap, pine resin, and Brazil nuts, fills the air with intense and strong aromas.
Palate: The initial sensation in the mouth is somewhat desiccating, but then an explosion of robust and penetrating tastes rushes through the taste buds. These flavors include tar, soot, dark chocolate, and an unmistakable nuttiness resembling Brazil nuts or hazelnuts.
Finish: Clouds of fennel and pine rise up, creating a lasting and persistent scent trail of carbolic soap, aniseed, and leather.
