Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose

Bright and summery. Barley, vanilla, crisp apples, ripe mango, and a little honey. Floral with honeysuckle and some lemongrass.
Palate

Really lovely mouthfeel with creamy vanilla, apple sauce, honey, lemon curd, some peppery spices and bitters too.
Finish

Long and peppery, spicier too, leaving a drying aftertaste.
