Tullibardine 500 Sherry Cask Finish starts its journey in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels before being transferred to 500-litre Oloroso sherry butts, creating a luxuriously rich sherried character.

Its deep, nutty brown hue reflects its time in the sherry casks, which also impart a wealth of enticing aromas and flavours. On the nose, you'll find bold toffee apple notes complemented by a touch of oatmeal. The palate offers a spicy, velvety texture with hints of Christmas spices, culminating in a finish of sweet dates and a subtle peppery kick.
