Brandy

Brandy derives its name from the Dutch for ‘burned wine’ and is the product of distillation of grape or fruit juice. Unlike Cognac, there are no geographic or ageing specifications and is produced around the world. Brandy is an excellent cocktail ingredient as well as a useful addition to Mulled Wine and Sangria.
