Nose: Rich, smoked toffee sauce with creamy vanilla ice cream.
Sweet charred wood with a touch of sea spray and
blackcurrant.
Palate: Dense with piles of coal smoke and vanilla. Hints of stem ginger and charred lemon skin.
Finish: Tannic notes of Earl Grey tea inter twine with the lemon and lingering peat smoke.
