Distilled at Bowmore distillery on Islay, this expression was matured for at least 21 years with it being matured in bourbon casks before being transferred in to Pedro Ximenez sherry casks to finish the maturation, it was then bottled exclusively for travel retail.

Nose:
Palate: Very creamy, sweet and again very subtle smoke, light sizzling, good balance of alcohol strength, creaminess, spice and sweetness, heat gradually arises.
Finish: The finish is very much dependent on the length of time in the mouth, you can drink it like a PX sherry, then it is only sweet in the finish, it stays longer, the smoke remains creamy and spice and sweetness fight each other
