Aberlour Whisky

The Aberlour A'bunadh Alba which gets its name from the Quercus Alba; a type of Americian White Oak that this whisky was matured in. Unlike Abelours more well known heavily sherried drams, this whisky is more about fresh orchard fruits, shortbread, and almond notes.

Aberlour 14-year-old single malt, matured in a combination of oloroso sherry casks and first-fill American oak casks. The result is aromas of cloves, cardamom, toffee, milk chocolate and orange zest on the nose, complemented by notes of black cherries, mocha coffee and fresh mint throughout the palate.
