Nose

The nose brings perfumed hints of luscious tropical fruit, which mingle harmoniously with notes of herbal incense and smoke. Expect exciting aromas of fresh green peppers, smoked mango and guava.
Palate

On the palate, a creamy mouthfeel leads the way into a heady mix of herbal, spicy flavours. Notes of smoked maple-cured bacon, charcoal, white pepper and clove abound, along with gentle overtones of wood smoke and sea spray.
Finish

A satisfyingly long finish welcomes more tropical notes, with fragrant heather, warm toffee and smoked butter on the horizon.

Introducing Ardbeg's Traigh Bhan 19 Year Old single malt, Batch 5. This exceptional peated whisky stands out for its richness, complexity, and bold character. Every edition of Traigh Bhan (pronounced tri-van) undergoes maturation in a harmonious blend of American oak and oloroso sherry casks, making it a true gem in the world of whisky.

Distilled on the 12th of February 2004 and was bottled in 2023 "in humidity".
