Nose

Rich fudge and dark chocolate, dried raisins and sultanas. Tart dried mango and banana chips. Gentle notes of Seville orange peel, and a hint of coffee.
Palate

Silky onto the palate, soft and oily in the mouth. Rich salted caramel and toffee up-front, with a note of creamy vanilla ice cream. Dried dates, raisins, and pineapple. Tart black cherries at the back-end.
Finish

More dried pineapple, and tart dried mango. Gingerbread, and zesty lemon peel. Gentle grippy-oak and anise at the very end. Warming.
