Under Billy Walker, Glenallachie has mastered the art of wood maturation, offering a range of whiskies aged in unique wine and sherry casks.

For their wine series, Glenallachie matures their spirit in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels, followed by additional maturation in wine barriques handpicked by Master Distiller Billy Walker. These French oak barriques originate from the Grattamacco Estate in Tuscany's renowned Bolgheri region, known for producing elegantly crafted wines.

The Glenallachie 10 Year Old Grattamacco Wine Finish is a limited-release Speyside single malt. This whisky spends eight years in bourbon casks and a further two years in Grattamacco wine barriques. A harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.
