Nose

Barley sugar candy and zesty orange essence, accompanied by apricot preserves and sun-ripened berries. Underlying these are hints of malted biscuit and a whisper of vanilla.
Palate

A surge of zingy exotic fruits, highlighted by roasted pineapple and sweet honey drippings. Dominant vanilla blends seamlessly with creamy fudge undertones, backed by subtle ginger and simmered berry nuances.

Non-chill filtered and natural colour, it was bottled at 46%. Rich and flavoursome granola-like cereals combine with crispy apple pie, rye bread, vanilla custard, crunchy peach, lemon posset, a hint of something maritime like seaweed and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
