Launched in 2015, Bold stands as a peated extension within the Paul John core selection. Crafted using Indian barley, Islay peat is brought to Goa to craft a smoky single malt with phenol levels of 25ppm. It matures in ex-bourbon barrels, achieving a harmonious blend with notes of honey, coffee, and citrus.
