Over Smoke is a limited release of just 987 bottles, from three ‘STR ROS’ casks.. STR is a core part of the wood program and flavour profile and they have quite a variety. The three STR casks selected for this release have all been through an extra process of ‘re-charred over smoke (ROS)’ that the team at White Peak Distillery specified with the cooperage. Over Smoke has been fully matured in these STR ROS casks and bottled at 53.1% ABV.
