The Coffey Still, which produces Nikka's famous grain whiskies, is used to distil the base of this gin, resulting in a velvety texture and robust body. The complex aroma of this gin is achieved by artfully balancing a range of botanicals, including Japanese citrus like Yuzu, Kibosh, and Hamamatsu.
