Nc'nean Quiet Rebels Gordon Limited Edition Scotch Whisky

Introducing the third release in Nc'nean's Quiet Rebels series, a favourite combination of casks picked by the distillery manager Gordon, to create the most moreish of whiskies.

Gordon waved goodbye to one of Scotland's whisky giants back in 2017, and made his way even further up the west coast to Movern to lead Nc'nean's whisky production. Since then Gordon has been passing on his years of experience to the growing team of distillers, helping shape the team and spirit as we know it today.

Gordon believes that a great whisky should leave your mouth looking for more, and this delicious combination of STR red wine, ex-sherry and ex-Rivesaltes casks certainly does just that. It's velvety, rich and creamy!

Nose: The initial aroma is one of sun-warmed honeycomb, fresh from the beehive, immediately followed by bright citrus zest, reminiscent of sun-ripened lemons and oranges.
Palate: This initial sweetness gives way to a burst of citrus zest, offering a bright and refreshing counterbalance. The spiced plum jam comes through strongly in the mid-palate, introducing a warmth and depth, reminiscent of festive fruit pies.
Finish: The finish is long and lingering. Sweet honeycomb notes resurface, accompanied by the gentle warmth of spiced plums.
