Nose

Aromas of dry, nutty Oloroso Sherry initially rise from the glass, building into dates, prunes and figs, before a little time to breathe reveals orchard fruits and a fresh floral side.
Palate

The palate is pleasingly chewy, moving in waves from Sherry wood to green apples, honeycomb, and Victoria sponge.
Finish

A long, lingering finish shows baking spice, prunes and a little citrus.

Crafted at Cotswolds Distillery, this English single malt aged in an ex-Oloroso sherry cask for 5 years before being expertly bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd. Indulge in delightfully chewy impressions of Victoria sponge, honeycomb, and stewed orchard fruit that gracefully coat the palate. The journey concludes with a lingering finish, adorned with ample baking spice and citrus notes.
