Nose

Sweet nose with notes of dried fruit, nutmeg spice, honey, caramelised walnuts and a gentle touch of oak.
Palate

Initial spicy notes of cinnamon and clove fade to reveal grape syrup which coats the palate, with raisins, figs, candied cherries and a hint of liquorice.
Finish

Lingering spicy finish of toasted coffee and cocoa.

Introducing the brand new limited release Bunnahabhain 21 Year Old Cask Strength! This single malt highlights the expertise of Master Blender, Julieann Fernandez.

Bottled at a robust Cask Strength ABV of 53.6% and fully matured on Islay, this whisky spent the majority of its aging in Ex-Oloroso Sherry casks before undergoing a final twenty one month finish in the finest Pedro Ximénez casks.

Only 2,682 bottles produced.
