Rich and malty, with aromas of dark orange marmalade on toasted bread, Hints of leather, aromatic cedar, and woody spices.
Palate

Rich and mouth filling. Spicy with oak,, toasted granary bread toast, orange oil, and hints of coffee and chocolate. Leather and citrus pith linger in the long finish

The founders of the distillery aimed to create a unique style of whiskey different from the mainstream. The climate in Seattle and Washington state provides favourable conditions for malt maturation.

Only around 250 bottles produced.
