Great islay malt

My first taste of Kilchoman Machir bay
Expected what i got ( and why I purchased )
I initially was not a fan of peated whisky
But have been “educating “ my palate and now find the stuff irresistible
Machir bay did not disappoint
Smoke from the start to finish with an underlying sweetness
It has a hint of “disinfectant” but not enough to make you think you have woken up in hospital

Lovely whisky
Will not be my last journey into the Kilchoman range
