Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose

The aroma of this whisky is dominated by rich red fruit notes, which are complemented by a gentle oak influence, a caramel scent, and a refreshing lemon zest.
Palate

On the palate, the whisky has a medium-bodied texture with a light fruity sweetness from the sherry cask. Flavours of rich fruits and dark chocolate come through, followed by a subtle influence of oak.
Finish

The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering dark chocolate notes and a subtle interplay of tobacco and oak.

Product Description

The M and H Elements series features a Sherry cask expression hailing from Tel Aviv-Yafo, a city in Israel. This particular range highlights how the choice of cask can significantly influence a whisky's taste. For this expression, a blend of bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks were used for aging, imparting luscious fruit and chocolate flavours to the medium-bodied Single Malt.
