Legendary distiller Billy Walker from GlenAllachie distillery have created this superb blend; White Heather. This is a 21 Year Old that is made whiskies from Speyside, the Highlands and Islay, aged in first-fill American barrels, sherry butts, and second-fill barrels and hogsheads. The blend also enjoyed three years of additional maturation in Pedro Ximénez puncheons, Oloroso puncheons, and Appalachian virgin oak casks.
Only 2,000 bottles were produced of this expertly crafted single malt.
