Nose

Corinth raisins, delicious salted caramel and chocolate fudge as well as sticky prunes warmed by an orange-laced Aruba coffee.
Palate

Aspects of the nose continue onto the palate, more sea salt and chocolate, candied peels with rich dark fruits, a gentle smoke and warming spices.
Finish

Savour the long, powerful and complex finish of smoked fruitcake, cherry notes, blood orange and sea salt.

The third and final release of the Bowmore Devil's cask series called double the devil and aged in a combination of first fill Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks. Like the folklore tale of the good people of Islay chasing the devil around the round church in Bowmore, you will be chasing the flavour of this big and bold Sherry and smoke malt around your palate for quite sometime.
