Matured in a selection of ex-bourbon casks at Bimber Distillery in West London, this superb single malt offers aromas of green apples and dried stone fruits, complemented by notes of baked apricots, peppery spice, and creamy vanilla. 

 

Batch No.3 was bottled in June 2021 with an outturn of 5,000 bottles.
