The Isle of Raasay Distillery, nestled on the Hebridean island of Raasay, is renowned for its innovative approach to whisky-making. Named 'Dùn Cana' after a prominent plateau on the island, this limited edition whisky is a harmonious blend of peated and unpeated spirits.
Initially matured in American rye casks, it undergoes a secondary maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. Presented at 52% ABV, this release is natural in colour and non-chill filtered.
