Hatozaki Whisky

The Hatozaki Pure Malt is a carefully crafted blend of both Japanese and imported spirits, produced at the Kaikyo distillery. This exceptional whisky takes its name from Japan's oldest lighthouse and is composed solely of malt whiskies, which are aged in a unique blend of bourbon, sherry, and mizunura casks....

This blended whisky is named after the oldest stone lighthouse in Japan. Matured in a variety of casks, including sherry, bourbon and Mizunara oak it has a complex character, with notes of cherry blossom, pears and caramel throughout the palate.

Hatozaki Small Batch Umeshu Cask Finish 12-Year-Old is an entirely handmade malt whisky, composed of high-quality single malts, each matured for at least 12 years in American Oak casks. Subsequently, the whiskies are blended and finished in specialised barrels that formerly contained exceptional Umeshu liqueur for an extra six months.
