Description

Owned by Suntory, Hibiki was first launched back in 1989 and this is the 2021 edition of the Blossom Harmony release. This expression has been created using malt and grain whisky from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It has been matured in oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being transferred into sakura wood casks a finishing period.
