Nose

Fruity notes of nectarines, melon, green apple, and apricot complement pot still spices, ginger, and peppercorns. Aged grain adds perfumed notes of dried flowers and golden syrup. Vanilla and honeycomb sweetness from oak combine with roasted coffee beans.
Palate

Creamy and luscious with succulent fruits and a herbal note similar to camomile tea. Pot still spices add depth, while floral grain qualities linger. Charred oak adds complexity with wood-derived spices and notes of candied orange and dried apricot.
Finish

Fruits and pot still spices peak, yielding to oak tannins and antique grain whiskey.
