The 13th edition of Kilchoman's 100% Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Representing the revival of traditional farm distilling; growing thier own barley before malting, distilling, maturing and bottling every bottle on site.

 

Matured in 44 100% bourbon barrels for a minimum of 8 years.

 

Only 13,000 bottles produced worldwide.

Nose: Malt loaf, toffee apple, banana bread, citrus, lavender, pear drops, sea salt and hints of peat smoke
Palate: Fresh vanilla and fragrant peat smoke with caramel, barley blossom, sultanas and hints of spicy oak tannins.
Finish: Silky viscosity with fresh crumpets, butter and honey.
