Palate

Very creamy, sweet and again very subtle smoke, light sizzling, good balance of alcohol strength, creaminess, spice and sweetness, heat gradually arises.
Finish

The finish is very much dependent on the length of time in the mouth, you can drink it like a PX sherry, then it is only sweet in the finish, it stays longer, the smoke remains creamy and spice and sweetness fight each other
