As a fully operational farm, these expressions are aligned with the farming calendar. The Sowing Edition (Second Crop) for 2023 features the exclusive use of 100% fresh 1st-fill ex-Bourbon barrels from the upper level of the warehouse, as opposed to last year's edition. The increased heat, faster maturation, and older spirit culminate in a clear evolution from the previous edition.
