Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose: Delicate scented aromas of freshly dried hay combine with parma violets, jellied fruits and baked apple spiced with cloves layered upon vanilla ice cream.
Palate: Freshly baked scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream. Delicate dried spices tingle on the tongue along with sweet barley sugar and a subtle nuttiness.
Finish: Warming creamy spices linger gently on the tongue to finish.
