Description

The Balvenie DoubleWood 12, released in 1993, is a masterfully finished single malt created by Malt Master David Stewart in 1982. Aged for at least 12 years in bourbon barrels and hogsheads, then further matured in sherry casks for 9 months, and finally married in oak tuns for 3-4 months, resulting in a unique and flavourful character.
