Hatozaki Small Batch Umeshu Cask Finish 12-Year-Old is an entirely handmade malt whisky, composed of high-quality single malts, each matured for at least 12 years in American Oak casks. Subsequently, the whiskies are blended and finished in specialised barrels that formerly contained exceptional Umeshu liqueur for an extra six months.
