The first batch of White Peak English malt spirit from That Boutique-y Malt Company is a fruity, well-rounded two-year-old malt spirit that is just shy of being a whisky. Aromas of toasted coconut, singed hay, thyme and green apple fill the nose, complemented by notes of coffee beans, red berries, garden herbs and chocolatey malt throughout the palate, with hints of peat smoke lingering in the finish.
