Plantation Pineapple Stiggins' Fancy Rum
Crafted by the company's cellar master, Alexandre Gabriel, and renowned drinks historian David Wondrich at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans back in 2015. The process involves infusing white rum with Queen Victoria pineapple rinds for a week, distillation, and a three-month infusion of pineapple fruit in dark rum. These two exquisite blends are harmonised and left to mature in casks for an additional three months, resulting in a truly exceptional treat.
