Description

This single malt is initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred for 2 years into smaller Quarter casks.

Transferring the whisky into the smaller 125 litre sized casks produces a far more intense fruity flavour. The result is a full-bodied expression combining power and finesse full of rich vanilla sweetness and bold peppery spice.
