Exclusively selected for the UK market, GlenAllachie are proud to release batch 7 of their single cask, GlenAllachie 2007 15 Year Old Oloroso Puncheon Single Cask #800179.

 

Carefully crafted by Master Distiller Billy Walker, who is renowned for his Sherry cask maturation expertise, this release has been aged to perfection for 15 years in Oloroso Puncheon. The resulting liquid brings notes of toasted walnuts, dark chocolate tart and winter spices.

 

Presented at 58% ABV, without chill-filtration and at natural colour. This release is limited to 720 bottles.
