Matured in five hand-selected sherry butts from 2011, it's the boldest and smokiest of the collection. Rich waves of peat smoke intertwine with deep sherry sweetness, layers of spice, and a touch of BBQ warmth. Bottled at a robust 55% ABV, with natural colour and no chill-filtration, this is a dram for lovers of full-bodied Islay character.
