The Sauternes Cask Matured limited edition was entirely aged in ex-Sauternes wine casks. Kilchoman's founder, Anthony Wills, selected a mix of fresh and refill Sauternes barriques from two distinct years, 2017 and 2018. This selection creates an exceptional blend of buttery sweetness, barbecued fruit, candied ginger, and floral peat smoke.
