Speyside Whisky

Miltonduff 10 Year Old Speyside single malt Scotch whisky has been matured entirely in Sherry casks. Bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for the Discovery series which are designed as an inexpensive introduction to different distilleries and malt whisky styles.

Benriach Smoke Season is its smokiest whisky of Benriach yet. Created with 100% peated malt, Smoke Season has been double matured in both American virgin oak and bourbon casks and bottled at 52.8% abv. Spectacular stuff.

Bottled in 2022, this release was distilled at the Macallan distillery in 2003 and bottled by Independent Bottlers Gordon & MacPhail. Matured in the highest quality casks, a combination of sweet but full highland spirit and delicate sherry influences create this fantastic whisky. Only 313 bottles were released. Strictly 1 bottle per person/household!

Part of the Glenallachie's fifth batch of UK exclusive single casks, this Glenallachie 2008 was released in July 2021, bottled as a 13-year-old from a single Chinquapin oak barrel and bottled at a cask strength of 58.3%. Only 251 bottles were produced.

Gordon MacPhail Speymalt from Macallan Distillery. Distilled in 2007 and Bottled in 2016. Released as part of G&M’s popular Speymalt range. Delicate sherry influences abound, commingling with scents of lemon, pepper and ripe bananas.

Distilled in 2007 and bottled exclusively for the Distillery Visitor Centre at cask strength to coincide with the 2017 Spirit of Speyside Festival. Matured in a sherry casks, this is bottle number 261 of 369.

The 3rd release from Glenfiddich's "Experimental Series" - Winter Storm is aged for 21 years and finished in small batches of ice wine casks from Canada resulting in a delightfully sweet and fruity whisky. This is batch #1.

This limited release of The Carn Mor Strictly Limited Glen Keith 9 Year Old Single Malt Whisky was distilled at the Glen Keith Distillery in 2013. Spending 9 years maturing in PX Sherry Hogshead before been bottled in 2022.  One of only 1410 bottles.

The whisky was aged for nine years in Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogsheads. This whisky is bursting with Christmas spices, caramelised dates and warm cocoa.

This limited release of The Carn Mor Strictly Limited Glenburgie 11 Year Old Single Malt Whisky was distilled at the Glenburgie Distillery in 2010. Spending 11 years maturing in Oloroso Sherry Hogshead before been bottled in 2022. One of only 1795 bottles.

This limited release of The Carn Mor Strictly Limited Linkwood 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky was distilled at the Linkwood Distillery in 2011. Spending 10 years maturing in Calvados before been bottled in 2022. One of only 817 bottles.

This limited release of The Carn Mor Strictly Limited Longmorn 8 Year Old Single Malt Whisky was distilled at the Longmorn Distillery in 2013. Spending 8 years maturing in First-Fill Bourbon Barrels before been bottled in 2022.   Only 1260 bottles were produced.

This limited release of The Carn Mor Strictly Limited Mortlach 14 Year Old Single Malt Whisky was distilled at the Mortlach Distillery in 2008. Spending 14 years maturing in Calvados before been bottled in 2022. One of only 1275 bottles.

This is one of 4 special single casks specially selected for the UK market. Matured for 15 years and distilled at Glenallachie on the 25th October 2005 before being bottled from a Sherry Butt (#901042) in February 2021. Only 523 bottles produced. 

This 20cl Miniature Monkey Shoulder marries some of Speyside's finest single malt whiskies, resulting in a rich blended malt of exceptional smoothness. Richness and vibrancy combine with fruity aromas to produce a smooth, creamy, supple and very malty Scotch and mellow vanilla notes making it the perfect whisky for cocktail mixing!

Tormore 29 Year Old 1993 vintage Speyside single malt Scotch whisky distilled at Tobermory distillery. Single first fill sherry butt #5053 bottled May 2022 by Gordon & MacPhail for their Connoisseurs Choice series. Only 554 bottles were produced.
