Matured at 2300 metres in the Guatemalan highlands, the Centenario XO Solera Gran Reserva is a Ron Zacapa speciality. A blend of aged rums of up to 25 years old, the complex flavour originates in the bourbon, sherry and pedro ximenez barrels that previously held cognac.
