The Isle of Harris Distillery proudly presents the second permanent release in their celebrated single malt range: The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured. Entirely matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, this bold and aromatic whisky features warming notes of orange peel, fireside smoke, and toasted hazelnuts. Crafted and bottled on the Isle of Harris, this lightly peated whisky (12-15 ppm) is 46% ABV, with no added colour and non-chill filtered.
