This 14 Year Old Bunnahabhain, is a limited-edition whisky with a twist. Released for Fèis Ìle 2024, initially matured in Bourbon casks for 11 years, it was then finished in Ruby Port hogsheads for three years.

Expect bold flavours of cherries, dark chocolate, and berries, followed by a long, spicy finish and. Non-Chill Filtered, bottled in 2024 at 58.7% ABV.

Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose: Initial burst of dark chocolate which fades to reveal toasted oak, cherries, plums and raspberries, with a hint of caramelised walnuts.
Palate: Spicy yet sweet, with cinnamon and nutmeg intertwined with pain au chocolat, redcurrants, pomegranate and sweet malt.
Finish: Lingering finish with cocoa and spice.

Beautiful Small Batch Whisky

I discovered this Whisky at the Fox and Hounds restaurant in Houston Scotland. This was the first Whisky I ever had and was just wonderful.
