Finished in rare Manzanilla casks—an intensely dry, salty wine from Sanlúcar de Barrameda in Spain—this whisky is bottled at cask strength with an ABV of 52.3%. The result is a truly distinctive flavour profile that captures the essence of aged Manzanilla, with its signature coastal dryness and subtle complexity.

Nose: Strong maritime scent with saline notes, toasted almonds, apples, and toffee, reminiscent of sherry, accompanied by woody spices.
Palate: Peppery and spicy, very dry and salty with a rasping quality akin to an old amontillado, followed by sweeter notes of dried fruit and dates, all beautifully balanced.
Finish: Long, sweet, and spicy with hints of salted caramel.
