The Glenrothes 18-Year-Old Single Malt, crafted in Rothes, Speyside, spends its entire maturation in sherry-seasoned oak casks. For 2024, it comes in elegant new packaging—a luxurious purple presentation tin. Bottled at 43% ABV, this whisky is a true indulgence.

The nose reveals inviting aromas of orange oil, vanilla pods, and almonds, leading to a smooth palate featuring notes of ginger, rose water, vanilla, and pear. The finish is delightfully sweet and spicy, with a subtle hint of pepper.

Producer’s Tasting Notes

Nose: Ripe pear and sweet vanilla pods, tempered by aromatic orange oil. Invigorating almond notes and a well-rounded fragrance add complexity, whilst a hint of dried ginger spice creates unassuming depth.
Palate: A rich and deep flavour, alive with sweet ginger, pear and rose water. Aromatic fruit and light oak create gentle spice, which balances nicely against an undercurrent of creamy vanilla.
Finish: Divine sweetness balanced with spice and a gently peppery undertone.
