Holyrood Ambir Single Malt

The third release from this fantastic distillery, Ambir (the Scottish word for Amber), highlights the innovative spirit of Holyrood Distillery. Crafted with a unique blend of heritage barley, brewing barley, and flavoursome barley, it undergoes fermentation with a mix of brewing, distilling, and wine yeasts. This whisky is then matured primarily in first-fill bourbon casks, with around 10% aged in Spanish Oloroso casks.

The result is a whisky brimming with barley character, grassy undertones, and vibrant citrus notes.
