A limited-edition single pot still Irish whiskey from Redbreast's Iberian series, Redbreast PX is first matured in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, then finished in Pedro Ximenez hogsheads from southern Spain. The nose reveals toasted nuts, baking spices, and sweet dried fruits, while the palate offers layers of vanilla, toasted oak, dates, raisins, plums, cherries, and a hint of orange zest.
