In 2014, Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv embarked on crafting Israel's first single malt whisky. Using Israel's favourable climate for maturation, they produce both peated and unpeated styles. All their products are kosher.
This STR cask contains an equal blend of their peated and unpeated spirits, matured for three years in Israel. The aroma reveals rich fruit jelly—apricot, quince, and overripe mango—alongside hints of tobacco and crystallized ginger. The palate is extraordinary, thick and chewy, showcasing flavours of black cherry, espresso, and dark chocolate, complemented by a delightful fruity touch. The finish explodes with spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and root ginger. This bold dram calls for repeated indulgence.
